Sub: Services under centralized facility management contract at Delhi Offices

 


Sir,

 

A large number of officers at Delhi have been pointing out at the poor quality of services being offered under CFM contract which has been implemented recently. A survey was carried out by ASTO, Delhi and the report is enclosed for your reference.

 

As per the survey, there is a big gap between the expectations of the officers and the present state of services being offered. It is very clear that the contractor has not been able to provide services as per the agreed scope of work. An early action on this survey for the improvement of services is required. To thrash out the points brought out in the survey report a tripartite meeting consisting of ASTO, your office as well as service provider needs to be held immediately.

 

It is requested to take action on the issues pertaining to the CFM contract at the earliest so that we are able to meet the aspirations of the employees at Delhi and make them feel that the organization cares to improve working conditions for them.
