Subject : Empanelment of Hospital – Max Balaji, 108-A IP Extn, New Delhi

Sir,

A number of our employees posted at Delhi are residing in the East Delhi area. However, there is no reputed Hospital on ONGC’s panel in that area. The employees therefore have to go to hospitals like Apollo, Batra etc. in case of any medical requirement.

However, at times in case of emergency the employees go to Max Balaji Hospital which has recently come up in that area. Since the hospital is not on ONGC’s panel, the employees therefore are not able to go for regular medical treatment to that Hospital. During the various GBM’s majority of the employees felt that the hospital which is nearby to the place of residence should be on ONGC’s panel. This would save the employees from traveling to Apollo, Batra etc. for regular treatment.

On discussion with our medical team it was brought out that the Hospital has still not got the income tax clearance certificate. ASTO visited the hospital and was able to get the Income tax certificate from the Hospital. The certificate is enclosed for your perusal.

It is requested that Max Balaji Hospital be taken on ONGC’s panel at the earliest.

With warm regards

Yours sincerely,

(Amit Kumar)
President ASTO, Delhi
