current 80%.

- IInd AC fare in place of Sleeper class fare for children

in Onshore and Geophysical Field Parties at par with Offshore.

- Medical facility to dependant children of employees who
die while in service.
- Revision of incentive for adopting small family norms
in line with directives of Government of India with special
reference to girl child and couples beyond fertility age
of 50 & 45 yeras.
- Extension of Medical facility to dependent parents who
have retired from PSUs/Government service in lieu of the
PSU/government medical scheme.

separately at hometown or any other station.
- Removal of minimum residency clause of 8 months for acceptance

- Introduction of Incidental charges for the journey being
performed by shift duty personnel beyond 15 kilometers from
the DSA.
- Introduction of Remote Locality Allowance for Cambay.
- Tenure based posting for Cambay & Karaikal.
- Reopening of Panvel Hospital & City Dispensary of
Ankleshwar Asset.
- Improvement of health care facilities in North East and
reference of critically ill patients to the best available
hospitals.
- Payment of job incentive to P&A personnel posted
in Field parties and release of incentive for H1& H2
for the year 2003-04 for personnel posted in Joint Venture
Group at Chennai.
Other important issues
- Revised guideline for entitlement for communication, travel
& hospitality of ASTO functionaries.
- Uniform policy on web access.
- Restoration of two additional increments for acquiring
higher qualification withdrawn by recent guidelines from
HQ.
