Victory of the People

Dear Friends,

The tenure for the ASTO, Delhi 2008-10 tenure has started w.e.f. 12.03.2008. Once again you have replied with bringing in a team with a thumping and a landslide victory for us.

The ASTO Delhi team profusely thank all of you for the confidence bestowed in us and bringing in a team that believes in performance rather than taking personal benefits from the management.

Friends, similar team has been chosen by our friends in Mehsana. It is time that we should endeavour to change the face of ASTO and bring about a team at work centres and at Central Level that believes in working for the people and not for themselves.

Our aim shall be to continue to be the voice of the common people. And our principle shall always remain - all the power of ASTO is bestowed on us by the people and… all the power belongs to the people.

We are indebted to you for giving a tremendous response to our team. And today we assure you that we shall work in a total transparent manner. The ASTO office just like the previous term shall be open to all the officers for any issues and our team shall be available twenty four hours, 365 days for all the officers’ community.

This tenure is a very challenging and very critical for all of us. We shall endeavor to make this tenure much more successful than the previous term.

Once again we thank all of you for the tremendous support and confidence shown in us by all of you.
